Editorial Operations
Submission and Publication Process
Authors are required to submit their manuscripts through the official online submission system of The Research Frontline – Journal (TRF-J):

All submissions must be made exclusively through the journal’s online platform.
Authors are advised to carefully read the Author Guidelines before submission.
Criteria Check
After submission, each manuscript undergoes a preliminary Criteria Check, which includes:

Scope and Word Count Compliance

Similarity Index Review – The similarity (quote percentage) is calculated based on the proportion of quoted material within the total word count. The expected threshold is generally below 25%, subject to editorial discretion.

Plagiarism Screening – TRF-J follows a strict Zero Plagiarism Policy in alignment with the standards of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Authors will receive an acknowledgment email regarding their submission and notification of whether the manuscript has passed the Criteria Check within 30 days of submission.

Peer Review Rounds
The Research Frontline – Journal follows a double-blind peer review policy.

Manuscripts are reviewed by at least two to three subject experts.

Reviewer identities remain confidential from authors, and vice versa.

Reviewers are selected based on subject expertise and academic credentials.
Scholars interested in serving as peer reviewers may send their CV and research interests to the journal’s official email.
Editorial Reading Rounds
Following peer review, manuscripts undergo editorial evaluation to reach the final decision.

Submissions may go through multiple rounds of revision.

Author revisions incorporate feedback from both peer reviewers and the Editorial Team.
Authors are expected to ensure proper proofreading and formatting according to the journal’s prescribed citation and style guidelines (as specified in the Author Guidelines).
Author Agreement
Once a manuscript is accepted for publication, authors will be required to sign an Author Agreement/Publication Contract prior to final processing.
Formatting and Typesetting
After successful completion of all revision rounds:

The manuscript is forwarded for professional typesetting.

Final proofs may be shared with authors for minor corrections before publication.
Publication Model
The Research Frontline – Journal follows an Issue-Based Publication Model.

TRF-J does not follow a Continuous Publication or rolling publication system.

All accepted manuscripts for a particular issue are compiled and published together on a single official release date.

The release date is formally announced in advance.

Pagination is maintained within each issue for structural clarity.
Post-Publication
